Rohit Artham Jagannath is an accomplished Architect and Engineering Manager with over 14 years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise solutions end-to-end. He is currently working as an Architect and Technical Lead at Amadeus, where he is responsible for providing high-level design and architecture for UI and back-end changes. Rohit has a good understanding of Microsoft Azure and Distributed Architecture and is skilled in Big Data, Data Analytics, Application Security, and Travel Domain. Rohit is experienced in Agile and SAFe methodologies to lead projects end-to-end and is pursuing a Master’s in Data Sciences to find opportunities on Data Analytics and Big Data. He is proficient in software processes like Solution Designing, Performance Tuning, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Threat modeling, and software security. In his current role, Rohit is involved in the migration of Amadeus Security Management (ASM) to Azure, and he owns the execution of work on risky and high-impact changes. He also manages the technical backlog and intra-team trainings, mentors junior team members on technical, functional, and behavioral aspects, and leads the PCI-DSS/ISO compliance initiative. Before joining Amadeus, Rohit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Ness Technologies, where he was responsible for technical design and development of the End User Management product. He also worked as a Software Engineer at Tesco, where he coded, tested, and documented the Continuous Replenishment (CR) System and implemented solutions for MIPS reduction (CPU/DB optimization). Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
